By accessing or using openapi.city ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
openapi.city provides a hosted API service that delivers structured OpenAPI specifications to AI agents and developers via a REST API and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. The Service includes API discovery, spec retrieval, endpoint details, and schema definitions.
You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. You must not share API keys with third parties. You are liable for all usage under your API keys.
The Service offers free and paid plans. Usage is metered per API call. Free plan users are blocked after exceeding their monthly limit. Paid plan users are billed for overage usage. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
You must not: (a) use the Service to violate any laws; (b) attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls; (c) resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission; (d) use automated tools to scrape or mass-download spec data beyond normal API usage.
OpenAPI specifications served by the Service are sourced from public repositories and vendor documentation. We do not claim ownership of these specifications. The openapi.city platform, brand, and original content are owned by openapi.city.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, openapi.city shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or Service notification.
